Good price but not worth the money.

The staff seemed to be very fond of themselves and busy with having fun and chatting. I had the impression that they nearly forgot the customer and weren't happy to be of service. It felt as if they found themselves too cool because they are members of the "world's coolest airline". I thought a charles Branson product would be organised more intelligently. However, the leaders of this airline and the HR manager seem to be not well chosen. Something more: THe way of boarding seemed to be very strange to me. A lot of effort for zero efficiency. I felt like at the military because commands were given repeatedly. VERY unpleasant and especially not necessary!

The menu was ok. The amount of food was not enough for the price.

All the films have to be paid for! The choice of Youtube channels seemed to be chosen by hysteric teenagers. The level of valuable information was low.

The seats are very close. No space for the legs. Since the staff made a bad impression on me I didnt feel safe.
