Personal at checkin in Amsterdam were not at all professional and felt annoyed because an invalid was driven rightup to boarding control. Resulting in a 13 hour wait because they closed the gate as UI went to get help
I came to checkin counter with invalid help. assistance left me at check in where I tried for 10 minutes to get in to the line to board. The person in charge told me she had no time, although I tried for about 15 minutes to get into the line she told me she had no time and was too busy. Oneof the Martinair personal told me to go to thecomplaints counter. there the service was excellent, but as the personel came with me to check in I was told the boarding was finished. I then had to wait for 13 hours for the next flight. NEVER AGAIN MARTINAIR they did not even offer me a cupof coffee or an apology::. I AM DREADING THE FLIGHT BACK
Everything considered it was not too bad . The personel were friendly and competent
not a bad selection of films, which helped to foget the waiting time!
enough room and leg place. not bad seating but will upgrade on the return flight
